Questions customers ask
How much does an appliance repair visit cost?
The service call is $99. The technician diagnoses the problem and tells you the repair price before any work starts. If you go ahead with the repair, the $99 is credited toward labor. If you decide not to repair, you only pay the service call.
Can you come today?
Often, yes. We schedule same-day visits when a technician is available in your area. Call early in the day for the best chance. If today is full, we'll offer the earliest time that works for you.
Do you repair my brand?
We repair all major brands of refrigerators, washers, dryers, dishwashers, ovens and stoves, including built-in units. It doesn't matter where you bought the appliance.
What should I have ready when I call?
The brand and, if you can find it, the model number. It's usually on a sticker inside the fridge door, around the washer or dryer door opening, on the edge of the dishwasher door, or behind the oven drawer. A short description of what's happening helps us bring the right parts.
Is it worth repairing, or should I buy a new one?
A common rule of thumb: if the appliance is less than about halfway through its expected life and the repair costs less than half the price of a comparable new unit, repairing usually makes sense. The technician will give you an honest opinion after the diagnosis.
Do you work on weekends?
Yes. We're open 7 days: Monday to Friday 9 am to 7 pm, Saturday and Sunday 9 am to 5 pm.
