We booked a technician from AZ Tech Group through Front Door Pro. Their name was Jared with a 929 cell number and they came to fix our dryer. They diagnosed the problem last Tuesday. We paid a deposit by Zelle. They came with the parts and did the repair the following day on Wednesday. We paid the balance by check. By the weekend it was clear that the repair did not fix the problem. So, we tried to reach Front Door Pro and Jared the following Monday. Front Door did not respond, but Jared did. Jared said on a phone call that he would come back but we had to book through Front Door Pro. Tuesday morning, Front Door called to apologize and confirm that the visit would not cost anything to rediagnose what didn’t work about the repair. A few minutes later they called and said AZ Tech Group claimed they had already been out a third time to our home on Saturday. They had not. We had not even contacted any to report the issues had returned by then. That was Tuesday. It is now Thursday. No one is responding or seems to be honoring their work. We’re out over $500 and our dryer seems to be worse off than it was before we mistakenly did business with these two companies.
